Claudia's look not only has to be inspired from Gothic horror but also the look has to be suitable for a music video. Therefore the hair and makeup has to be rather modern and stylized in a modern way like we see everyday in music videos. A common look that works extremely well whether it's in a magazine editorial, cat walk or music video is the classic sleeked back hair. It draws attention to facial features, just makes the image look pristine and effortlessly contemporary.

How to create a sleek look.
Equipment:
Water spray bottle.
Hair mousse.
Tail comb.
Big rounded brush.
Hair dryer.
Denman brush.
Sectioning clips.
Firstly brush through your models hair ensuring there are no hair knots. Then spray water at your models hair making the hair damp.
Then section your models hair using sectioning clips. Put the hair dryer on a high heat making sure the nozzle is on the end.
Then take the hair starting from the bottom sections, place the round brush from the root of the hair and place the hair dryer to the root of the hair blow drying the hair downwards getting tot he shaft of the hair. Straitening the hair with the hair dryer. Making sure to blow dry the hair in the same direction for the cleanest outcome.
Repeat this action until the hair is completely straight.
Then apply hair mousse into the palm of the hand cover your comb in the mouse and comb the hair back all in the same direction.
Once you are happy with the hair you blow dry the hair closely pushing the hair back in the same direction.
To create this look with the hair down blow dry the hair behind the ears, if the hair will not hold you can pin grips in place making sure you hide the pins well.
To create a sleek pony tail you need to hold the hair back firmly and keep combing through the hair once the hair is at the height you want it to be at; hold the pony tail firmly in place.
Apply two hair pins in the hair bobble place one pin into the hair by the pony tail then wrap the bobble round the hair firmly and pin the other one in place. Creating the perfect ponytail.
